Lesson cancellation due to Covid-19
For all bookings cancelled due to COVID-19, the total amount paid will be, upon presentation of a document (such as a medical certificate or a copy of an institutional decision) :
- Postponed if possible, otherwise
- Refunded
In the event of interruption of the lessons due to COVID-19, the amounts paid will be deferred, if possible, otherwise refunded on a pro rata basis.
